Kaneland completes three-game sweep over Hubs

KANELAND -- Down one run with no outs in the sixth inning, a Kaneland batter hit a sharp ground ball to Aaron Mehrings at third, who threw it to first for a close safe call. Kaneland went on to have a six-run inning en route to a 9-2 win over the Hubs to complete a three-game sweep on Friday afternoon.
