Protesting

Three electricians were braving the winter weather on Wednesday to protest outside of the strip center being built near WalMart. The men were not able to give much information but said they were with IBEW local 364 in Rockford.

Construction for the strip center began in November and the project is expected to be completed by summer 2013.
