GRAND DETOUR — Two passengers in a single aircraft were treated at local hospitals following a crash near Grand Detour Saturday at 12:33 p.m.
According to Illinois State Police, District One, troopers responded to a crash involving an aircraft on the Rock River.
Preliminary reports indicate the aircraft struck power lines before coming to rest on the ice on the Rock River.
The aircraft was recovered, transported and stored pending an investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration.
