GLASGOW, Ky. — Dakota Lyn Haynes, three months old, of Glasgow, Ky., died on Aug. 21 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Ky.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24 at the Patton Funeral Home Brownsville Chapel. A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 24. Burial was at Independence (Slate Bank) Cemetery.

Surviving are his mother, Melissa A. Haynes, of Glasgow, Ky.; maternal grandparents, Tommy and Patricia Haynes, of Glasgow, Ky.; maternal great-grandparent, Virgie Salings, of Bowling Green, Ky.; uncle, Stanley Haynes (Tiffany), of Glasgow, Ky.; aunt, Danyale Haynes, of Glasgow, Ky.; and special aunt, Stacey Williams, of Rochelle.
